Nils Venge and Linda Viviani cemented their wine relationship while on a horseback trip near Cody, Wyoming. She asked him to make her wine and the rest is history. 2001 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This 2001 Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon is the fifth release in a series of collectible wines produced for Viviani Vineyards by internationally acclaimed winemaker, Nils Venge. "The nose is full of cassis, plumb, blackberry preserves, and lavender. It is quite intense and aromatic, with hints of espresso, spice, and licorice."

Produced with 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. On the palate the juicy, vibrant fruit carries itself through to a soft, elegant finish. The Viviani Vineyards cabernet will age well, yet is drinkable today.

2000 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This 2000 Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon is the fourth release is a series of collectible wines produced for Viviani Vineyards. "This wine is smooth and subtle, yet is balanced with a full mouth feel," Nils Venge, internationally acclaimed winemaker.

Produced with 100% Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, it is a classic cabernet with slight flavors of cherry and currant, a light spice complexity and a soft, smooth finish. This Viviani Vineyards cabernet will age well, yet is drinkable today.
