An integrating experience of mind, body and spirit in beautiful Northern California

Explore the healing properties of food and wine through this fascinating program that combines honoring the earth’s local bounty, the lure of undiscovered places and contemplative transformational practices. This program will be customized to meet the particular interests of the 6 to 10 person group and will be based in a spectacular, private villa in Northern California.

The 4 Day/ 3 Night program includes the following components customized to your desires:
• A private chef will be available each day to create specialty menus of raw, slow, bio-organic, organic and/or gourmet foods of the guests' choosing.
• Cooking class and a food and wine pairing lesson from a Culinary Instructor.
• Contemplative and integrative practices of group and self-exploration.
• Ancient and new-age meditation techniques.
• Opportunities for self-enhancement through hiking, beach visits and discovery trips.
• Gourmet safari to forage among the areas unique organic food purveyors, assembling ingredients that will be prepared by the program’s personal chef.
• An exclusive private day in Wine County, where guests will meet winery owners and break bread with winemakers for lunch.
• Full transportation, including inbound and outbound from the airport.

The program is facilitated by three extraordinary women:

• Jill Marshall, Dr. of Naturopathic Medicine, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Energy Master
• Elizabeth Eckholt, Holistic Live Foods Chef, Culinary Instructor

For an additional cost: Yoga, Pilates and/or massage by private trainers may be added.
