 A Day On The Bay You will meet a professionally trained USCG Master 50-ton Captain on the dock of the Sausalito Marina at 10 am . Where upon you will board the 28 foot Pearson Sloop, which serves as the hands-on classroom and sailing vessel for the day. A continental breakfast will be served during a morning briefing session of sailing instructions, terminology and history. Under the guidance of the Captain, you will then man the helm of the ship for a three and a half hour sailing experience on the open waters of the San Francisco Bay . You will enjoy breathtaking view of the Golden Gate Bridge , Belvedere Island , Tiburon, Sausalito and the City. As you work up an appetite during this hands-on learning experience, you are able to choose between the two lunch options of either dining onboard or onshore at Sam's Anchor Café. You can choose to dine on the ship with a gourmet boxed lunch you will return to the Marina by 3pm . If you choose to stop mid-day for lunch on land, you will return to the Marina by 4:30pm . Included: Continental breakfast, professional sailing instruction, hands-on experience on the bay and lunch. Cost: Price provided upon request.
