Our professional driver will greet guests in our Corporate 6pax SUV at the airport for transfer to the private villa. Enjoy a gourmet dinner this at the Villa with our professional Chef Carlo Cavallo. Dinner will include a select group of Napa or Sonoma Vintners who will share their In 1990, Carlo Cavallo's good friend and fashion designer MarcoDelli, whose family owns several acclaimed restaurants in Italy, got Cavallo a job as a Pastry chef at his family's restaurant L'Assassino in Milan, a favorite celebrity dining spot. Cavallo spent a year and a half cooking at L'Assassino, quickly working his way up to Sous Chef. He then took a job as the Chef du Cuisine at the famous Belmonte Hotel in Lugano, Switzerland, where he perfected his talents in French Provencal cuisine. Returning to Los Angeles in 1993, Cavallo spent the next three years as the Executive Chef for Giorgio Armani's Restaurants in Beverly Hills and Costa Mesa where he developed a following from the Hollywood celebrities that frequently dined there. In November 1999, Carlo opened Sonoma-Meritage Restaurant & Oyster Bar which is now considered one of the wine country's best restaurants.

A gourmet luncheon will be served at a private ranch in Healdsburg with vintners preparing the menu paired with select wines from their private cellars. Dinner at Cyrus, Healdsburg. Client is responsible for payment.

They will also have an opportunity to blend their own case of wine with one of the top winery owners in Napa Valley. They will then receive their own blended case of wine shipped to them upon completion of the blending process. Dinner at V Wine Cellars where guests will enjoy dinner paired with the new, top cult wines produced in Napa and Sonoma. All Cult Collections, these wines are not available to the public and will be paired with a menu designed by Michael Chiarello of Napa Style.

Your ultimate experience among the vineyards begins as you turn off the Silverado Trail and follow the carefully manicured tree-lined driveway that guides you to your private resort in the world-renowned Napa Valley. The grounds are picture perfect with gardens boasting a variety of roses, hydrangeas and fragrant wisteria vines, as well as, fields of lavender and rosemary, olive groves and walnut trees.

Our professional Tour Director will greet guests at their private Wine Country Villa to begin their three day exclusive opportunity to mingle and "break bread" with the owners and winemakers of select "cult" wineries in Napa and Sonoma Valleys.

Today we will begin our journey into the sub-appellations of Napa Valleys' elite wine country. Three new rising star winemakers who are producing wines with scores over 95 points according to Jim Parker of the Wine Spectator will be highlighted today. Guests will enjoy a private luncheon at an exclusive estate followed by a selection of two other wineries that will become part of the client's wine cellar's best wines.
We will explore the Sonoma County's rich heritage of the greats including Jess Jackson, Fred Furth, Francis Ford Coppola, John Lasseter, Tommy Smothers and other select cult wine producers.
We will explore the outer regions of the wine country including Knights' Valley, and Howell Mountain. Each winery will be hand's on in the vineyards with the owner where guests will learn about the harvesting and production of making wine.
