•  Scaventure - In this highly interactive Scaventure, teams will be been given identical “Interactive Scavenger Hunt Lists” of fun unusual challenges to accomplish in a limited time frame. Using Polaroid camera's and a group's combined wit, creativity and general lack of shyness, teams will find, assemble, manufacture and create the solutions to some very entertaining challenges.

•  The Blender - In classic game show style, a host or MC runs the proceedings; schmooze's the crowd and presents graphical challenges on the big screen. Players work together to solve fun multimedia puzzles and then punch in the correct answer on their team's "button-box". Play time can range from 20 - 45 minutes per game and includes a few physical challenges that contestants may perform to earn extra points.

Winemaker for the Day- Blend Your Own Cabernet

You will be given three different wines, to taste and evaluate using the skills of sensory evaluation provided to you by one of the expert instructors. You will be given all the tools of the trade and the opportunity to make several different Cabernet blends. At the end of this experience your team will be judged on the final blend, along with label design and your sales and marketing presentation. You will truly understand the excitement and challenge of being a Napa Valley winemaker.


Wine Train

Begin with a Wine Tasting Seminar in the Station prior to a three hour excursion. After the seminar, you will board an elegant circa 1950 dining car and enjoy the scenic Napa Valley in "elevated style" by starting with a “welcome" glass of Napa Valley 's premier sparkling wine, followed by a luncheon or dinner with wine pairings.

harvest2King of Grapes – Repeat visitor to the Napa Valley ? Sign-up for this two-year program to be your own Winemaker! Under the direction of the winemaker, our clients will hand pick the Cabernet Sauvignon varietal, which is known as the King of Grapes, enjoy a vineyard picnic, transfer to the processing center where they will de-stem and choose the right yeast strain for the fermenting process. Guests will taste the "must" (freshly crushed juice), go through the "punch down" process and other aspects of wine making. A private Chef will create a menu paired perfectly to the Cabernet Sauvignon varietals for your dining pleasure. Return the following year for a sit down blending program led by the winemaker to produce your own Cabernet Sauvignon. Once the final blend is completed, the wine is transferred back into the barrel to gently age for another 3-6 months. We will help you design your Private Label, bottle the wine, corking and the get the finished wine ready to ship to you.
